We found this place a while back when we were looking for a place open late after picking up our sons from the airport. We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was and we've been back several times since. We usually get carry out now and it's always hot and the fries are amazing. We get the wrap and it's always been delicious.

I absolutely loved this place! It was the first time I tried the Mac and cheese and it was excellent! The only reason why I did not give a five star rating is because use the customer service was lacking. The guy at the counter was not enthusiastic at all and forgot to give us drink cups which we paid for and when my boyfriend order his meal, he ordered the hot chicken and received a mild sandwich. He told them about his order and when they remade it, it was still not spicy and they acted like it was an inconvenience for them. I'm just not quite sure how hard it is to get these things right - especially when the business is literally a hot chicken place.

Combo meal was great. I ordered "Hot", and it was perfect for me and since there is two levels above and three below, should be something for everyone. Fries were also good. Staff was friendly. It is a bit pricey, but everything is these days.

This was my first time there! The ambiance is diner like which is fine in my opinion for a hot chicken place. It's a little pricy. However, it was really good! My friend just got a slider ala cart. I got "cluck it up fries". It was waffle fries with pieces of spicy chicken, cheese sauce and pickles. I got the "hot." It was GOOD, I'd totally get it again. I asked for a side of ranch which was tiny for $1, again it's not cheap but we enjoyed our meals and would go back. It also came out really fast and hot.

Solid hot chicken place in sugar land! Got the spice level at medium but it was not that spicy, I still expected a bit of a kick if I ordered medium, but the chicken was still good. Customer service was average and orderly. My friend liked her fries and the regular waffle ones were good too! I would return again if I'm craving it.

Main chick is a part of our weekend ritual. My family and I love their bird wraps and Mac and cheese. Ordering from their site and picking up food is quick. Great service and really good hot chicken. It's our fave place to grab hot chicken when the craving hits. the ambiance is nice inside, it's chill and a clean place. Again, try the bird wrap!

I have some mixed reviews about this place, but will still leave them 4 stars. We ordered the slider combos. The food was good. I enjoyed it. The French fries were golden, crinkled and seasoned. I like the serving portion also. Where the problem lies was that the food is overly priced. Also combos do not include a drink, which is extra. There's no table service but they ask for gratuity at counter. Why should there be tip to prepare food and for workers To do their job? They do have some reward program and last time I surprisingly had an $8 reward somehow, but that got washed away, as the tip was about the same amount for what was charged on the order tablet. So much for take out service. Ambiance is ok. Got some red fluorescent lights trying to look groovy inside. It gets loud though.

Main Bird Hot Chicken in Sugar Land, TX University & Beltway 8. The chicken here is pretty good. I order the tender meal (2 chicken strips with fries). I also tried the Dirty Mac (chop up fried chicken or grilled, fries, & Mac & cheese) on my 2nd visit. This was alittle heavy for me but my kids loved it. I love their special sauce that goes with the chicken.
